  Coffee is consistently great. Food service is a let down. Realised 3 orders after mine was placed had been served. Queried with counter staff, who said it'll be ready in 2mins. I asked why this happened and without explanation they apologised and said it's coming soon. After another 5mins I spoke to the owner. I was given 2 complimentary coffee cards. Louise cake is disgustingly sweet like krispy kreme with added sugar...
