  Operating hours says 8.30am but realistically doesn’t open until the first doctor arrives. Once he she arrives and has there morning coffee then do the doors open. I was the 4th in line, the Tongan receptionist wasn’t apologetic and understanding. With her monotone asking for personal details. I waited literally 2hours no exaggeration to be seen by the nurse, the rotation and seat allocation if you were dozed with medication could make you dizzy. They could have you sitting at one end of the room to another then followed by another then mixed up when seeing your doctor. It’s as if they’re playing hot seat. Also if you do know the Tongan receptionist personally you’ll be seen without the wait. How do I know? Well we have a mutual friend. As I was patiently waiting finally next to be seen by the doctor she (mutual friend) is taken in straight away. No she wasn’t dying she’s not asthmatic also. All she needed was medical slip for Work. And I do understand first priority first served. But I don’t expect to be waiting in your lobby for three hours and only consulted for a maximum of 15mins.
